Women & Goddess
A woman is a Goddess, just like every two-legged is enlightened. It’s not that each woman is not a Goddess; it’s that they have forgotten. And, because they have forgotten, men have forgotten too.
I am thirty years old. My name is Crystal Gingras and I live in the United States. I was born in Wichita, KS and have since traveled most of the U.S. and some other Countries. I was born into Native American traditions such as Sweat Lodge Ceremonies, Moon Ceremonies and Rites of Passages such as my Coming of Age Ceremony when I had my moon time. The moon time is now known as a period or a cycle when a woman bleeds. This time was always very sacred to me and is known for a woman to be even more powerful. The society that I currently live in sees it a women’s cycle as a painful experience. Women often take medication and shove things inside of them to stop the flow. Women do not allow their power to be expressed and their creativity becomes stagnant, month after month. Thousands of years ago, women were treated with respect and high regard. There are few tribes and places around the world, from what I have seen where women are treated as equals, if not higher. I see the world as coming together to find balance again.
A woman needs a man, just like the moon needs the sun. If the sun did not look at the moon, no one would even see it shining. A man and woman are reflections of each other, like a master puzzle piece. There are millions of pieces all over the world. There are different colors, different shapes and sizes, and there is always more than one of the same kind of puzzle made with the same pieces that fit together. I am not saying that each person is not unique, but what I am saying is that there is someone out there for you that fits your color, size, shape and your multidimensional realities.
The key to finding the perfect mate is to find yourself first. Then, you have to only be your true self to attract a partner that is their true self that vibrates on your unique color of life. It’s not always understanding the woman or the man that’s important, but understanding yourself. The important thing a man must possess to have a great relationship with a woman is respect, compassion and acceptance. There is also the willingness to help your partner work out old patterns or pain. Especially, if you still have old baggage that you carry, then you should almost expect them to have some.
A woman is very gentle, beautiful, flowing, free, yet very strong and creative. A woman is the one who creates life and keeps the existence of life going on earth. Because woman has struggled through deaths and murder for thousands of years, it will take some time to heal those old hurts and energy in the earth’s energy field. One by one, the women must help the future generations by healing themselves and the men will help, for they know that when a woman is not happy, they are not happy.
Men will look to a woman for nurturance and reassurance. Men are a lot more sensitive then we perceive them to be in today’s society. I learned in books and women’s studies in college that women are sensitive and passive, yet in life experience, men will stay silent and walk out of the door before most women will. Women want to communicate. In some way, they want to be heard and most of them have no idea what to say. It’s a man’s job to learn to listen to them and help them understand by sharing their compassion and listening. Look at the sun. It shines. You do not hear it talk, you do not go on a walk, you definitely don’t want to hold its hand, but you cannot live without it. A man is like the sun, it helps to give life to the moon by being. A woman needs a man who can listen, who can learn to understand by listening and help a woman naturally release. Real strength is having compassion and kindness and the willingness to work through the old hurts. Keeping in mind that some of these old hurts may be twenty years old, or past life hurts from thousands of years. Often times, man or woman, we may not ever know where some of the pain and the walls came from that seperate us. But, what we do know is that we are tired of those walls of pain.

Vulvarian Cornucopia
Vulvar: Pertaining to the vulva, the female external genitalia including the labia majora, labia minora, clitoris, the tiny glands called Bartolin's glands, and the entrance to the vagina (the vestibule of the vagina).
The Cornucopia (Cornu Copiae) is a symbol of food and abundance dating back to the 5th century BC, also referred to as the food of worship and holiness, Horn of Amalthea, harvest cone, and horn of plenty.
With this being said, my class, Vulvarian Cornucopia is a series of small online courses which cover the mind, body and spirit of the wellness of a woman for her stages of growth. From infant with herbs, breast feeding, to menstration and the cycles of the moon, which I call the moontime of a woman, then to menopause (womanopaws), stepping into your full power and wisdom.
